How do I reserve my locker with CC HOSTELS?
Very easy! You just have to follow these simple steps:

4. You will receive a 6-digit numerical code and a QR code to access your locker as many times as you need.
Can I reserve in advance?
It will be your best option if you want to arrive and, with your code, leave your luggage in the selected locker. However, you can make the reservation on the premises, using a portable device with an Internet connection.
How do you access the ticket office?
Once your reservation is formalized, you will receive a numerical code and a QR code. You will only have to enter this code on the screen of our lockers, and a door will automatically open according to the selected size.
What are the opening hours of CC HOSTELS?
Our location is open 24 hours / 365 days a year. In addition, reception hours are from 08:00 to 00:00.
How many times can I access my locker?
Once you have your code, you can open your locker as many times as you need within your reservation period.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, within 24 hours prior to the start of the reservation.
How long is my reservation valid?
Your reservation will be active from 07:00 on the day of reservation for 24 hours, unless you decide to extend it for the time you need.
I have not received the confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk mail in case you received it in any of those folders. If you don't have it, go to the website and with your registration information you will have access to your reservations.
