ACCEPTANCE: Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of use is essential to use the luggage locker service. By accepting, you confirm that you have read these conditions and accept, expressly and voluntarily, each and every one of the established provisions, committing to comply with them.
LOCKERS CC HOSTELS reserves the right to modify the conditions at any time. The user will be subject to the terms and conditions in force when making the reservation.
LOCKERS CC HOSTELS reserves the right of admission to its facilities depending on the circumstances.
The service consists of providing temporary use of storage space in one or more lockers managed by the user and reserved exclusively through the website https://lockers.cchostels.com
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
GENERAL FEATURES
The user, the PERSON OR COMPANY THAT RESERVES ONE OR MORE LUGGAGE LOCKERS, undertakes to use the lockers appropriately and lawfully, complying with the legislation, these conditions of use, morality, good customs and public order.
Access and use of the lockers is carried out under the exclusive responsibility of the user. LOCKERS CC HOSTELS will not be responsible for the use made by the user or for any damages that may arise.
To access the service, the user must provide the personal data previously required by LOCKERS CC HOSTELS.
The entity reserves the right to verify said information, considering providing incorrect data as an infringement.
LOCKERS CC HOSTELS may suspend, limit access or terminate users who fail to comply with these conditions without being able to claim any damages.
RESERVATION PROCESS
Access to the lockers is subject to completing the reservation form at https://lockers.cchostels.com
The data provided must be accurate and truthful.
The user is responsible for false, inaccurate or fraudulent information.
Once the reservation is completed and the credit card payment is verified, the user will be sent an email with the access information to the facilities and opening of the lockers, as well as the payment details, which will serve as a receipt.
It is the user's responsibility to verify the size and weight of the luggage before booking. No claims or refunds will be accepted if the luggage exceeds the dimensions or maximum weight of the lockers.
LIMITATIONS OF USE
LOCKERS CC HOSTELS reserves the right to control the maximum number of lockers reserved per user.
The availability of lockers will depend on the existing use at any given time.
LACK OR LATE REMOVAL OF DEPOSED OBJECTS
If the user does not empty the contracted locker(s) before the expiration date, LOCKERS CC HOSTELS can access to remove the stored luggage and release the lockers. The entity will temporarily store the luggage and contact the user to manage the return, the cost of which will be assumed by the user.
After 30 days from the end of the user's contactless reservation, the objects will be considered to have been abandoned, exempting LOCKERS CC HOSTELS from any claim.
USE OF THE LOCKERS
THE USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT STORING VALUABLE OBJECTS OVER €300 IN TOTAL PER LOCKER, EXEMPRATING LOCKERS CC HOSTELS FROM ANY LIABILITY ABOVE SUCH AMOUNT.
The user must use the lockers diligently, closing the doors at the end of the period of use. Use is limited to the luggage storage during the reservation time.
It is prohibited to deposit dangerous substances in the lockers, the consequences being the user's responsibility.
The user agrees not to use the lockers illegally or contrary to the law, and will be solely responsible for any damage caused.
During reservation and use, the user must have a device with Internet access to receive notifications about locker use and other communications.
The user authorizes LOCKERS CC HOSTELS to open and inspect the deposited goods for security reasons.
The reservation holder may use the associated lockers at their discretion during the reservation period.

The user has an assistance service for using the platform and handling the lockers, available from 08:30 to 00:00, Monday to Sunday. Access is via WhatsApp to the phone:

RESPONSIBILITY
LOCKERS CC HOSTELS OFFERS A LOCKER SPACE RENTAL SERVICE, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTODY OF THE PROPERTY DEPOSED, WITH THE USER ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK.
LOCKERS CC HOSTELS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE THEFT, LOSS, THEFT, LOSS OR ABANDONMENT OF GOODS EXCEEDING €300 PER LOCKER, EVEN DERIVED FROM THE CORRECT USE OF THE LOCKERS.
The user will be responsible for any damage to the lockers attributable to their use. You must report any incident to the help desk.
The user will be liable for damages that their use not contemplated in these conditions causes to LOCKERS CC HOSTELS, indemnifying it for claims from third parties.
LOCKERS CC HOSTELS is not responsible for incidents in the operation of the lockers or the website in certain cases.
It will not be responsible for problems arising from misuse of the lockers, user non-compliance or errors in the Internet connection.
LOCKERS CC HOSTELS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPOSSIBILITY OF ACCESS TO THE LOCKERS OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
It is not responsible in cases of force majeure, understood as unforeseeable events that are beyond its control.
RESOLUTION OF THE RESERVATION AND ACCESS TO THE FACILITIES
LOCKERS CC HOSTELS may terminate or suspend any user's access to the service if they breach the conditions. The user agrees not to attempt to use the service in the event of termination.
If the user can no longer enjoy the service, they must leave the locker(s) empty. Otherwise, LOCKERS CC HOSTELS may destroy abandoned objects, waiving the user's claims.
NOTIFICATIONS
Communications and notifications must be made by email to CCOPERASUITES@GMAIL.COM or to the address C/ MONASTERIOS DE SUSO Y YUSO, 22 20849 MADRID. LOCKERS CC HOSTELS will send notifications to the email provided in the reservation.
RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
If you make a reservation by mistake and do not want to use the locker, contact by email at CCOPERASUITES@GMAIL.COM or by phone at 910059393 and request the cancellation of the reservation and a refund of the amount paid.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed by Spanish laws and legislation. LOCKERS CC HOSTELS and the user agrees to resolve disputes before the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, waiving their own jurisdiction or jurisdiction.
